Bespoke Webbing

Our bespoke webbings have been used for all sorts of original applications, including its use as the primary raw material in the production of handbags and cushions.   Whatever your requirements, our knowledgeable team are available to help.

Our research and development team are available to offer advice on the use of webbing and technical narrow fabrics in new applications and innovative products.

Printing

Ribbons can print directly onto our webbing fabrics to industrial standards, providing a clear and durable marking. This is especially valuable in industries where load-bearing capacities must be quickly and easily identified for safety and efficiency

What material is webbing made out of?

Much of our webbing is made out of nylon or polyester fibres. We also weave products out of high-performance technical fibres, such as Kevlar®, Nomex® and Dyneema®

What widths do you manufacture?

Our widths range from 12mm all the way up to 550mm.

What are your dyeing capabilities?

We have our own dye house on site with Nylon and Polyester dyeing capabilities. We can piece dye, thermasol dye, or pigment dye webbing. Our three large dye ranges are capable of dyeing up to 150,000 meters per day.

Can you print on webbing?

We can print to industrial standard in house. If your requirements go beyond this, we can manufacture the webbing and outsource the printing to meet your requirements.

What finishing processes do you offer?

We offer a range of specialized finishes—including water-repellent, UV-resistant, anti-abrasion, and fire-retardant options—designed to meet the unique performance and safety requirements of your applications.

What technical fibres do you use?

We can use a range of technical fibres including HMPE cut resistant fibres, aramid fibres and other technical yarns. Contact us to find out more.
