Q. What materials can be used for bespoke webbing?
Bespoke webbing can be made from polyester, nylon, High Modulus Polyethylene HMPE (Dyneema®), or Aramid Fibres (Kevlar®), depending on the required strength, flexibility, and performance characteristics.
Do you make polypropylene?
No, we use polyester, nylon and high-performance fibres in our weaving
How can bespoke webbing be customised?
Webbing can be tailored in width, length, colour, weave type, and finish, with options for specialised coatings, reflective fibres or fire-retardant treatments, and precise cutting to meet exact requirements.
Can bespoke webbing include printing or branding?
Yes. Ribbons offers industrial standard stencil or logo printing in-house, ensuring bespoke webbing carries your branding or identification markings while maintaining high performance and durability. If your printing requirements go beyond this we can work with you to outsource to trusted partners to meet your requirements.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities depend on the specific product, with a minimum spend of £200 per order.
What webbing widths do you manufacture?
We produce webbing in widths ranging from 12mm up to 550mm, suitable for a wide variety of applications.
Can you produce bespoke dye colours?
Yes. We can colour match any webbing to a specific RAL or Pantone shade, including one-off runs.
