We also produce round sling sleeving for the manufacture of round slings, providing superior strength and surface protection. Additionally, our cut-resistant webbing made from High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) fibres (Dyneema®) delivers exceptional abrasion resistance, enhancing safety and efficiency in demanding lifting applications.

What is lifting webbing made from?

Lifting webbing is typically made from polyester or high-performance fibres like High Modulus Polyethylene (Dyneema®), engineered for exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to abrasion under heavy loads.

How is lifting webbing tested?

Each lifting sling is rigorously tested for tensile strength, elongation, load capacity, and wear resistance to ensure it meets strict industry and safety standards for lifting and load restraint applications.

Can lifting webbing be customised?

Yes. Lifting webbing can be produced in various widths, lengths, and colours, and may include specialised finishes such as cut-resistance, fire retardant, or reflective coatings. Printing and cutting services are also available to meet specific operational requirements.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities depend on the specific product, with a minimum spend of £200 per order.

What webbing widths do you manufacture?

We produce webbing in widths ranging from 12mm up to 550mm, suitable for a wide variety of applications.

Can you produce bespoke dye colours?

Yes. We can colour match any webbing to a specific RAL or Pantone shade, including one-off runs.
